Here are my dwelling spells.
There are spells for renters and for homebuyers.

FOR RENTERS: NEW PAD SPELL

You need...
1)A clean piece of paper
2)Photo or print outs of your family and fur babies
3) A brown and green candles (Brown grounding, the home, animals, stability/ Green wealth and growth
4)Fire proof bowl or cauldron.
5)brown marker(brown for home and hearth)
6) if possible, suitable ads for rentals

First...
Collect your ads for suitable rentals in the area you desire to live.

Second
On the clean sheet of paper, take the marker and write what you need for you and your family, including your fur babies.

List things like good schools, how many bedrooms you need, how many bathrooms you want, which area or neighborhood you prefer, if you want an apartment, house or mobile home. Be as specific as you can be.

Third
Now place the photos or printouts and preferred ads on your altar or wherever you work your spells.

Fourth
While speaking your intent light the candles.

Say something like, "In need of a home for me and mine,
I reach out with my power for a suitable kind,
Of dwelling for us to call home.
May we always have what we need to provide,
A roof over our heads and may we never divide,
From the power that holds us in comforts light,
Give us a home I ask this right.
So mote it be"

Fifth
Now, tear the paper into strips separating your desires.
Light the strips off the brown candle, sending your desires into the Universe. Place them in the fireproof bowl.

Leave the ads and photos on the altar or workspace.

Either let the candled burn out on their own, or snuff them when you are ready to leave the house or ready for bed.

Don't forget to put in applications for the places you desire. Make sure you can afford the expenses the desired dwellings would require.

You need...
1)A clean piece of paper
2)Photo or print outs of your family and fur babies
3)A brown and green candles (Brown grounding, animals, the home, stability, / Green wealth and growth)
4)Fire proof bowl or Cauldron
5) A photo or printout of the dwelling you desire. Inside photos too if you can get them.
6)a hand drawn rendering of the outside of the dwelling and the same of a floor plan. It doesn't have to be perfect, your artistic skill ðoesnt matter. These act as collectors for your energy.
7)a brown marker(for home and hearth)

First...
place the photos of your family, fur babies and the home upon your altar or spell workspace.

Second...
On the clean sheet of paper, take the marker and write what getting the home would mean for you and your family. Be as specific as possible.

Fourth
While speaking your intent light the candles.
Speak your intent aloud.
Say something like,

" As I make this dwelling spell,
Hold it right and mind it well.
A home I reach out for with my power this day,
This dwelling for my family I rightfully say.
A place of home and hearth and love and light,
A place for my family to rest in each day and night.
So mote it be."

Fifth
Now, tear the paper into strips separating your desires.

DWELLING SPELL:FIND ME A NEW HOME SPELL

What you need:

Brown marker (for home)
paper
A brown candles (Brown grounding, animals, the home, stability
an incense stick in cinnamon
a fire resistant dish or/cauldron
What to do:

Cast your circle or prepare your magical space in the way you normally would.

Write down on your paper a list of everything you need, not just the things you want.

Like 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pet friendly, the location, and our price point you are able to comfortably afford.

Fold your paper three times and wave it over the smoke from your incense, saying
“A home for us where we are free, a home for friends and family, a home to be happy and for us to grow, and it is my will, please make it so.”

Repeat this poem three times, focusing on the home you need.

Light your paper off the candle and drop it in your fire safe dish and let it burn out.

When you are done, keep the ashes from the paper on your altar and take the candle and incense with you into whatever room you are in.

Either let them burn out on their own, or snuff them when you are ready to leave the house or ready for bed.

DWEALING SPELL:A PLACE TO TAKE OR SHOES OFF

You will need:
A brown marker(home and hearth)
2 pieces of paper
Scotch tape
Scissors
A lock of hair/fur from all family members
Some real paper money
Some ground cinnamon
A brown and green candles (Brown grounding, the home, stability, Green connotations to wealth and growth.)

Cast your circle or prepare your magical space in the way you normally would.

Draw a picture of a house on one piece of paper.

Write what you need the home to have on the other piece of paper.

Put the pieces of paper, blank sides, back to back.

Tape the papers together on the sides. This forms a pocket. Now place the locks of hair and the paper money inside it.

You have symbolicly made a home and placed your family in it along with the money to get the home.

Put some ground cinnamon in the packet for
Money drawing, home Protection, sucess.

Leave the packet open and place it on your altar.You can add to the packet ads for homes your interested in trying to get.

Light the candle and say something like"
To the Surround we do beseech,
A home for our family both warm and neat.
A place to rest our heads and feet"

Let the candle burn out or extinguish it when you leave the room.

When you get a place burn the packet and everything in it as an offering of thanks.

Wall of Fire Property & House Protection Spell

breelandwalker
Intent: To protect a house and property from unwanted intruders.

Timing: Full moon

Supplies:

Dragon’s Blood powder or oil
Ground sea salt
Cinnamon stick
Peppermint leaves
Bowl of water (at least 2qt size, like a mixing bowl)
Optional: red food coloring or hibiscus tea bag
Note: If Dragon’s Blood is not available, you can substitute chili peppers, hot chili powder, or tabasco sauce.

Preparation:

Make an infusion with the cinnamon stick and the peppermint leaves, about a cup’s worth. Combine this with the Dragon’s Blood and ground sea salt in the bowl of water. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring or swirl the hibiscus tea bag in the water to add red color.

Stir slowly, pouring your will to protect your home and property into the bowl as you do.

Take the bowl outside to your property line. Walk all the way around your property, sprinkling the water along the line. Invoke whatever deities, ancestors, or personal or household spirits you feel are appropriate and ask them to help protect your home, or simply reinforce the casting with your own will. Say whatever words you choose. If it helps, imagine the droplets of water springing up as tongues of fire when they hit the ground.

Reserve some water and use it to wash the thresholds and windowsills. If there is anything left, keep a little bit in a bottle in your kitchen, on your altar, or wherever you feel is appropriate. If you have asked anyone for help, leave them a little thank-you offering. (I find bread or cake and a bit of wine do the trick nicely.)

The idea of this spell is that you place a magical wall of fire around your property and your house. Any intruders coming onto the property may find themselves getting a a hot bite on the foot and should not wish to remain.
