Where to Find Dandelions

Dandelions generally bloom starting in late spring and continuing all summer. If you don’t have any dandelions in your own yard, take a walk around your neighborhood, especially near schools, parks or other grassy public areas. Keep a sharp eye out for dandelion plants and remember you are looking for dandelion heads that are closed with a white puff at the end. Don’t try this craft with already open dandelion puffs – they are too delicate.

1.To make a dandelion wish bottle, follow these steps:
Gather Materials: You will need dandelions that have bloomed yellow and closed back up
floral or craft wire,
a clear glass jar,
adhesive like glue dots or sticky tack.
Prepare the Dandelions: Pick dandelions that have closed back up but are still white at the end. Avoid using dandelions that have opened.

Create the Wish Jar: Cut the wire into a shape that holds the dandelions. Place the dandelions in the jar, ensuring they are secure.

Add Adhesive: Use large glue dots or other adhesives to secure the dandelions in place.

Decorate (Optional): You can add a small note or charm to the jar for a personal touch.

Display: Once the jar is filled, you can display it as a beautiful keepsake or gift.

This process allows you to create a charming dandelion wish bottle that symbolizes hope and wishes.
