Ingredients
- 1 cup raw unfiltered honey (Manuka or local)
- 4 tablespoons organic Ceylon cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the Ceylon cinnamon to a clean mixing bowl.
- Slowly drizzle in the raw honey while stirring gently with a spoon or spatula.
- Mix until smooth, glossy, and evenly combined (about 3 minutes), with no dry pockets of cinnamon.
- Transfer the paste to a glass jar with a tight lid.
- Store sealed at room temperature away from sunlight. Stir occasionally if separation occurs.
