Honey Cinnamon Recipe (Golden Ratio Paste)

Equipment

  • measuring cup
  • measuring spoons
  • mixing bowl
  • spoon or silicone spatula
  • glass jar with tight lid

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup raw unfiltered honey (Manuka or local)
  • 4 tablespoons organic Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Add the Ceylon cinnamon to a clean mixing bowl.
  • Slowly drizzle in the raw honey while stirring gently with a spoon or spatula.
  • Mix until smooth, glossy, and evenly combined (about 3 minutes), with no dry pockets of cinnamon.
  • Transfer the paste to a glass jar with a tight lid.
  • Store sealed at room temperature away from sunlight. Stir occasionally if separation occurs.
